Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a roster of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budgets, roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why you make certain calls.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads; you will test and optimize, allocate budgets, and ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and rely on GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels for conversion tracking.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and articulate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
