Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will manage targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls. You will run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, test creatives, and ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
