Blacksmith Agency LLC is a AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set the roadmap, manage budgets, and articulate the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table.

You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with responsibility for budget calls, testing, and performance storytelling on calls with clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Proven ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
