Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and the narrative during client discussions.

You are the strategic voice at the table, responsible for campaign performance across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on retention and long-term client growth. Remote role for US/CA/LA/SA markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
