Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll steer targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and the client narrative on calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, testing, tracking conversions, and building a 90-day roadmap for each client while driving retention and upsell with clear English communication for US clients.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and validate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Foster retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
