You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will oversee campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, test creatives, ensure accurate conversion tracking, and deliver quarterly roadmaps with the numbers behind the

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, and the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
