Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Search Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads; budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; and ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and campaign optimization.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
