Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask why.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, track conversions with GA4 and Tag Manager, and present a clear, data-driven story on calls with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A proven record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
