Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing based in Chile to lead customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation for a digital storefront spanning Africa and the Middle East. You will own paid acquisition budgets across major networks, develop CRM programs, and drive data-informed growth in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• . At least 6 years in growth or performance marketing in digital consumer businesses.
• . Proven track record in paid acquisition at scale with measurable CAC/ROAS impact.
• . Experience building CRM and lifecycle programs with retention and reactivation.
• . Strong analytics, familiarity with attribution and incrementality.
• . Ability to translate strategy into hands-on campaigns and experiments.
• . Experience leading and developing teams in a remote-first setup.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and networks with CAC/ROAS targets.
• Develop and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies (segmentation, onboarding, repeat purchases, win-back).
• Manage lifecycle communications via push, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to improve retention and LTV.
• Lead app store optimization and improve storefront conversion to first purchase.
• Allocate budgets across channels and markets based on unit economics.
• Collaborate with Data to measure attribution, incrementality, and campaign effectiveness.
• Establish a high-tempo experimentation program across channels and creative formats.
• Develop and mentor paid acquisition and creative specialists.
• Partner with market owners, Product, and Data to implement campaigns efficiently.
• Monitor metrics and adjust strategies for profitability and growth.
• Balance long-term planning with hands-on execution.
