Power Digital in Chile seeks an experienced account strategist to own a portfolio of lifestyle accounts, guiding performance across awareness to conversion, translating data into insights, and building trust with clients. You will collaborate across paid, SEO, content, email, and creative teams to drive long-cycle growth.

• 4–7 years in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing.
• Experience managing client relationships day-to-day.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate data into insights.

Responsabilidades

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Lead weekly client calls on larger accounts; support PM-led calls on smaller accounts.
• Translate Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities; flag when short-term performance pressure affects long-term strategy.
• Track full-funnel performance across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages; surface insights that explain the measurement complexity to clients.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email, and creative teams around a unified account strategy.
• Support retention strategy: repeat purchase rate, LTV by acquisition cohort, and post-purchase lifecycle performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to ≥90% retention across accounts.
• Work in Iris and nova daily; use performance data to surface issues before clients raise them; maintain Pulse cadence at 100%.
