Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Chile is seeking a Head of B2C Growth to own the full growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation and lifetime value. You will design multichannel strategies across search, paid social, email, push, web and app, with a focus on making the mobile app the primary user channel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing B2C products across channels and markets.
• Experience owning paid media budgets and ROI.
• Strong product sense linked to conversion improvements.
• Advanced AI fluency with Claude and related workflows.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the B2C growth strategy across channels and markets.
• Lead multichannel acquisition and lifecycle programs with KPIs.
• Drive app growth and migration from web to app.
• Develop growth playbooks and AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to prioritize initiatives.
• Build a scalable growth infrastructure for 2027/2028.
