Power Digital Marketing in Chile is seeking a Consumer Services Marketing Account Director to lead a portfolio of 4-6 accounts and optimize lead quality across home services, education, and more. You will coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local campaigns, and creative teams, while coaching analysts and driving expansion, retention, and revenue growth for clients with sales teams.

• 6+ years in lead gen or consumer services marketing, agency or in-house.
• Knowledge of CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, CAC, and LTV by lead source.
• Experience aligning marketing strategy with a sales team able to close deals.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of 4-6 consumer services accounts and optimize lead quality.
• Coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local, and creative teams around one strategy.
• Run quarterly reviews to diagnose growth constraints across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels, and Measurement.
• Coach analysts and specialists; provide direct feedback.
• Maintain daily use of Iris, nova, Pulse, and Power Circuit tools.
• Grow MRR and manage renewals; expand client relationships.
