Job summary

Aleph is seeking a seasoned Head of Sales to lead Disney’s advertising representation in Chile. You will drive revenue growth across Disney’s portfolio, from Disney+ to linear TV and digital platforms, while building a high-performing team and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of experience in media sales with executive-level leadership experience.
3+ years of people management experience leading sales teams.
Deep understanding of advertising ecosystem incl. digital, CTV, streaming, programmatic.
Established relationships with leading advertisers, agencies and media holdings in Chile.
Proven experience using AI tools in a sales context.
Data-literate mindset; able to translate AI insights into sales actions.
Strong strategic, analytical and forecasting capabilities; budget management.
Ability to engage with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute advertising and sales strategies for Disney portfolio in Chile.
Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline health; report to leadership.
Build partnerships with key clients, agencies, and executives.
Lead and coach a sales team; drive AI adoption in prospecting and forecasting.
Negotiate and close contracts; manage external partner relationships.
Analyze market data to inform commercial decisions and targets.
Oversee budgets and ensure compliance with inventory and brand standards.
