Uber Chile Advertising is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our CPG vertical, driving growth across Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will own the commercial strategy, manage a high-performing team, and build strategic relationships with major advertisers and agencies.

This role requires strong commercial judgment, hands-on execution, and the ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization to unlock new opportunities and elevate Uber Ads in Chile.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in advertising, media, digital sales, or related commercial field.
• 5+ years leading high-performing sales and/or account management teams.
• Solid working knowledge of Salesforce and Commercial Performance Management.
• Proven track record of managing and growing multi-million-dollar advertising businesses and delivering against revenue targets.
• Strong experience building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at major advertisers and media agencies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the CPG Sales and Account Management team, fostering commercial excellence and talent development.
• Own the CPG commercial strategy and revenue performance in Chile, identifying priority advertisers and opportunities.
• Build strategic relationships with senior-level stakeholders across leading advertisers, media agencies, and partners.
• Drive growth across Mobility and Delivery, leveraging Uber's audiences and first-party insights to meet marketing objectives.
• Grow existing partnerships and unlock new business, increasing advertiser investment in Uber Ads.
• Drive commercial and operational excellence across pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Measurement, Marketing, Operations, and other Ads teams to represent CPG needs.
• Represent Uber Advertising externally, strengthening position in Chile.
