Blacksmith Agency is a remote, AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice in client calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation and testing, ensure trustworthy tracking with GA4 and pixels, and craft 90-day roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements and pipeline impact.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, bid, target, test creative, and prune campaigns.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4 and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention and upsell.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
