Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will control targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why decisions were made.

You are the strategic voice and the principal decision-maker on campaigns. You bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, an ability to move ROAS/CPA metrics, and a track record managing multiple clients in an agency setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record moving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Experience handling multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking via GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
