Job summary

ecoligo GmbH is seeking a People Operations Manager to run global HR operations from Chile and collaborate with teams in Germany and other regions. You will manage onboarding, payroll coordination, and multi-country HR processes in a small, international team.

The role requires hands-on experience in HR operations, knowledge of Chilean employment law, and strong English skills, with Spanish fluency for local context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, People Operations, or a similar hands-on HR role.
• Solid understanding of Chilean employment law and HR practices; knowledge of other LatAm countries is a plus.
• Experience coordinating payroll and working with external payroll providers; multi-country payroll is a plus.
• Experience coordinating recruitment processes and working with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfort with digital HR tools and systems; interest in automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day People Operations across Chile and international locations.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processes with local payroll providers.
• Align onboarding and offboarding across countries, including remote work.
• Manage recruitment processes, postings, interviews, and hiring support.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR tasks.
• Coordinate employee engagement surveys, events, and performance cycles.
• Provide administrative support to Head of LATAM.
