Pluxee in Santiago is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales professional to drive acquisition, growth, and strategic account management. You will lead full-cycle sales engagements, craft compelling proposals, and coordinate tender activities with the Tender Manager to win new business.

You will maintain CRM integrity (Salesforce) and collaborate across Legal, Product, and Merchant teams to tailor solutions for enterprise clients in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, HR, Public Affairs, or related field.
• 5-7+ years in enterprise sales and account management.
• Experience in SaaS, HR tech, and employee benefit platforms.
• Strong familiarity with tenders and strategic account lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire and grow strategic targets; manage full-cycle sales engagements.
• Develop and execute account plans for existing clients, including expansions and renewals.
• Create proposals reflecting Pluxee's value and impact for employees.
