Cloudflare seeks a Senior Customer Engineer in Santiago, Chile, with a hybrid work setup. You will drive technical go-to-market strategies, partner with Account Executives, and own the technical relationship from discovery to long-term adoption and growth.

You will lead technical demos, PoCs, and customer onboarding, while maintaining executive-level relationships and targeting enterprise customers in the region.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Technical acumen in web security, networking (DNS, routing, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with track record in quota-bearing or revenue roles and understanding SaaS enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong communication skills to bridge deep technical details with C-suite business strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Validation: lead discovery, build custom architectures, run demos and PoCs for Security, Networking and Developer Platforms.
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: manage onboarding, monitor health scores, and serve as the main customer contact.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: drive new business and account growth, lead QBRs to show ROI.
• Trusted Advisory: maintain relationships through onboarding, maturity, renewal and expansion.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: act as an AI-augmented engineer using AI agents for routine tasks.
