Pluxee Chile S.A. is seeking a seasoned Field Sales professional to own enterprise accounts in a hybrid role blending hunter and farmer responsibilities across large clients.

This position emphasizes acquisition, growth, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored employee benefits solutions. You will drive acquisition and growth initiatives, help manage tender participation with cross-functional teams, and maintain CRM pipeline integrity to ensure client success throughout the full

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, HR, Public Affairs, or related field.
• 5-7+ years in enterprise sales and account management in SaaS, HR tech, or employee benefit platforms.
• Experience with tenders and strategic account lifecycle.
• Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM tools; Salesforce knowledge preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication in hybrid settings.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new strategic targets and manage full-cycle sales engagements.
• Lead and support tender submissions with Tender Manager; ensure compliance and timely coordination.
• Conduct business reviews, maintain Salesforce pipeline integrity, and coordinate with Legal, Product, and Merchant teams for tailored solutions.
