Job summary

Expeditors is seeking an Air Pricing Agent to develop quotations and manage tenders for international air shipments. You will collaborate with airlines, service providers, and internal teams to deliver profitable, competitive solutions aligned with our service standards.

The role requires strong English, Excel skills, and experience with pricing, rate management, and freight forwarding. Based in Santiago, you will contribute to the Air Product strategy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical or professional degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in freight forwarding, airfreight, or pricing is a plus.
• Ideally at least two years of experience in pricing, airfreight, or related logistics roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive airfreight quotations.
• Prepare international tenders involving long-term agreements.
• Conduct negotiations with airlines and service providers.
• Analyze shipment requirements including origin, destination, weight, routing, and transit times.
• Maintain rate logs and compare against contracts and market conditions.
• Deliver quotations within established deadlines and communicate risks.
