PUMA is seeking a Change Management leader to drive transformation across LATAM, coordinating cross-country programs focused on Digital & Technology and ERP implementations. You will build adoption strategies, engage stakeholders, and guide organizational readiness to realize project value.

Candidates should have 5+ years in change management or related fields, with strong English skills and experience in multinational LATAM contexts.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, or Project Management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience supporting digital implementations or technology projects.
• Experience in multinational or regional LATAM contexts.
• Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change Management).

Responsabilidades

• Lead organizational change initiatives across LATAM for Digital & Technology, ERP, and business transformation programs.
• Ensure user adoption, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and business readiness.
• Define change strategies and governance to minimize resistance and maximize value realization.
• Assess impacts across functions, countries, and business units; identify risks and mitigation actions.
• Develop readiness metrics and dashboards; prepare executive-level reports.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholder communications and end-user preparation prior to go-live.

Your mission

Responsible for leading organizational change initiatives associated with Digital & Technology, ERP, and business transformation programs across LATAM. The role ensures successful user adoption, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and business readiness activities, minimizing resistance and maximizing the value realization of project investments.

• D evelop and execute comprehensive change strategies that enable employees and business functions to successfully transition to new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
• Assess organizational change impacts across functions, countries, and business units.
• Identify change risks, potential resistance and define mitigation actions to support successful adoption.
• Analyze business process, organizational, system, and role impacts.
• Establish change readiness and adoption metrics to measure program success.
• Identify, assess, and manage key stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Develop and execute communication plans for transformation initiatives, coordinating campaigns using multiple channels.
• Ensure end-user preparedness prior to go-live.
• Define change management KPIs and dashboards.
• Prepare executive-level reports on change readiness, adoption, and stakeholder

Need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, or Project Management.
• Advanced English
• Experience supporting digital implementations, technology projects, or similar projects
• Experience in multinational or regional LATAM
• Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change Management).
• Business process analysis and organizational design understanding.
• Data-driven adoption and readiness measurement.

Nice to have:

• Experience in ERP implementations, preferable SAP
• Prosci, ADKAR, PMP, Agile, or related certifications
