Blacksmith Agency in a remote-first setup is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives during calls.

You are the strategic voice at the table and will steer campaigns. You will handle paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, and drive testing, attribution, and campaign optimization.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
