Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmap and narrative on calls with clients.

You’ll lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize for ROAS, and maintain trusted attribution using GA4 and tag manager. Remote role with US/Canada/LA/South Africa clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client with clear narratives for client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
