Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients.

You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative during client calls; you are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls. 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience required, agency multi-client experience, and excellent English with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Establish conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and articulate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
