On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Contract Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Commercial Bidding & Proposals

• Lead integrated commercial solutions for bidding projects, including proposal development, cost/risk analysis, risk mitigation strategies, and post-bid clarifications.
• Organize internal contract reviews and approvals to support project bidding and contract execution.

Contract Negotiation & Management

• Lead commercial negotiations, coordinating cross-functional teams (finance, legal, tax, logistics).
• Draft sales contracts, provide post-signing support, and optimize review/approval processes for efficiency.

Market & Business Strategy

• Analyze commercial data (local markets, operators) to design and implement business models that reduce risks/costs.

Compliance & Risk

• Ensure adherence to Chilean legal frameworks and international trade conventions (contract law, corporate law, IP).

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s or higher in Law, Finance, or related fields.

Experience:

• 3+ years in contract negotiation, international bidding, trade, or finance (telecom/IT preferred).
• Experience handling legal/contractual matters (e.g., lawyer role) is a plus.
• Languages: Advanced English
