Huawei Technologies Chile is seeking a Fresh Graduate Account Manager to join the Carrier Business Group. This entry‑level role offers exposure to commercial relationships with telecom operators and a chance to develop a career in the ICT industry.

You will support proposals, contracts and RFP/RFQ responses, assist in project follow‑up, and participate in customer meetings, coordinating with internal teams to satisfy requirements. Advanced English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields.

• Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals, contracts and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Support the contract fulfillment and follow-up of key telecom projects.
• Participate in customer meetings and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective follow-up of customer requirements and business opportunities.
• Monitor projects, commercial activities and customer needs.
• Support the development of long-term relationships with customers and partners.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields. Candidates must have graduated between 2025 and the present.
• Strong interest in the telecommunications, technology and ICT industry.
• Interest in developing a career in account management, sales and business development.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, organized and willing to learn.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

It would be a plus

• Knowledge of the Chilean telecommunications industry.
• Basic understanding of technologies such as IP, Wireless, Fiber Optics or Microwaves.
• Previous internship or academic experience related to sales, business development, telecommunications or technology.
