Zusammenfassung

Danfoss is seeking a Sales Channel Coordinator for our Santiago, Chile location. You will align regional strategy with local execution, strengthen distributor performance, and expand Danfoss Drives’ presence across the cluster through governance and enablement.

You will lead opportunities with distributors and system integrators, manage forecasts and pipeline, and coordinate marketing, supply chain and finance resources. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with regional travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Commercial experience in B2B industrial markets.
• Experience developing indirect sales channels and partner programs.
• Strong forecasting, pricing, inventory and pipeline management.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional channel governance with clear country action plans and targets.
• Develop opportunities with distributors, system integrators and representatives to drive profitable growth.
• Establish cadence for forecasts, pipeline reviews, inventory, and quarterly business reviews.
• Strengthen partner capability through structured enablement, training and product launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical Support, Sales) to resolve channel conflicts.
