Job summary

IgniteTech is seeking a high-impact, AI-driven sales leader who can design GenAI-powered tools used mid-conversation by a global B2B sales force. You will own predictive models to stay ahead of market shifts and steer AI strategy across sales channels.

In this role, you’ll build real-time deal scores, forecast accuracy, and revenue impact, while mentoring the next generation of AI talent to scale with our ambitious growth in Chile and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B enterprise software sales or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs in commercial settings.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy ML models in sales/go-to-market workflows.
• Strong sales strategy knowledge and ability to articulate AI ROI.

Responsibilities

• Architect real-time selling intelligence and deploy GenAI to improve conversion rates.
• Develop ML-based forecast models and recalibrate with market changes.
• Define the AI-in-sales strategy and multi-year roadmap across geographies.
• Mentor junior team members in architecture reviews and problem-solving.
• Present AI outcomes and ROI analyses to senior leadership and partners.
