Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who will define AI strategy, shape agentic solutions, and drive adoption for enterprise customers. You’ll work with Forward Deployed Engineers translating business challenges into AI deployments that deliver measurable value, typically within 12-week engagements.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in strategic solutioning or delivery leadership, strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, and hands-on AI solution design experience,

Formación

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end — from discovery to outcomes.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy and responsible AI practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; lead design sessions and jobs-to-be-done analysis.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagement scope.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer solutions with AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Vibes).
• Manage customer stakeholders and communicate business value.
