ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist in a remote-first setup within Chile to join our enterprise AI efforts. You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers, GTM, and Product teams to deploy ElevenAgents and translate complex customer challenges into actionable AI solutions.

You'll own deals end-to-end, map workflows to AI capabilities, guide customers on best practices, and collaborate with researchers to shape the roadmap. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct and enterprise sales cycle experience.
• Basic Python and API integration familiarity.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record delivering results on complex projects.
• Adaptability across industries and environments.
• Technical aptitude with common LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases to AI systems.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with strategic customers to understand goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end including pricing and terms.
• Embed with customers on-site and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with engineers.
• Guide customers on deploying ElevenAgents and production readiness.
• Scope applications in new industries and expand solutions globally.
• Present results and proposals to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights into the platform.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents to customers.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to reach production.
