Salesforce is hiring a Portfolio Leader to directly manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions inside complex customer environments. This hands-on leadership role acts as a multiplier, setting engineering standards and unblocking deployments at scale.
You will lead two specialist functions—Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists—co-building agentic AI solutions with customers and shaping the core Agentforce roadmap through direct product
Formación
- 4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership.
- Hands-on architectural leadership across AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
Responsabilidades
- Delivery Team Coordination: own capacity planning, staffing, and cross-functional squad readiness for Agentforce deployment at enterprise scale.
- AI-Augmented Leadership: ship solutions using AI tools, foster inclusive engineering culture, and accelerate builder growth.
- Direct Product Influence: partner with Product and Engineering on pilots, turning field insights into roadmap features.
