Moofwd in Santiago, Chile, is seeking an Agentic DevOps & AI Deployment Specialist to build production-ready agentic Generative AI deployment frameworks and operate across cloud environments in support of an AI-first strategy.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to operationalize reusable MLOps and DevOps frameworks, ensuring scalable agentic applications across cloud environments for world-class clients and local industry leaders.

Formación

• Security-focused deployments and AI threat mitigation.
• Deep experience with private/public cloud (Bedrock, Azure).
• GPU management and Nvidia certification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Framework Development: design scalable DevOps frameworks for AI agentic systems.
• Agent Orchestration: support lifecycle management of AI Agents and proprietary systems.
• Observability & Monitoring: implement monitoring and metering with Langfuse and MLflow.
• Infrastructure Management: manage and optimize GPU infrastructure.
• Cloud Deployment: CI/CD for deployments on Bedrock, Azure, and GCP.
• Security & Compliance: implement advanced security protocols against AI threats.
• Global Collaboration: coordinate with India and Ireland hubs for MLOps infra.
• Client Enablement: support onboarding and automate alert filtering for high-security environments.

Agentic DevOps & AI Deployment Specialist

AI & Infrastructure · Reports to AI Team Lead (Ireland) and VP of Engineering (Chile). Build production-ready agentic Generative AI deployment frameworks.

We are seeking a highly motivated Agentic DevOps Engineer to join our growing, multicultural team in Santiago, Chile. This role is central to supporting our company’s pivot to an AI-first strategy, moving beyond traditional consulting to prioritize advanced AI capabilities. As a hands‑on technical leader, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of scalable, production‑ready Generative AI agentic systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across our global offices to operationalize reusable MLOps and DevOps frameworks, ensuring seamless delivery of agentic applications across cloud environments. Our Santiago team operates at the forefront of innovation, working with world‑class clients including a leading global payments network, Santander Bank, and local industry leaders like Agrosuper.

Key Responsibilities

• Framework Development: design and implement scalable DevOps frameworks for AI agentic systems and flagship products such as the Agile Artifact Analyzer (AAA).
• Agent Orchestration: support the lifecycle management of the AI Agents and other proprietary agentic systems.
• Observability & Monitoring: implement robust monitoring and metering using tools such as Langfuse (including commercial self-hosted deployments) and MLflow.
• Infrastructure Management: manage and optimize GPU infrastructure.
• Cloud Deployment: maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments hosted on Amazon Bedrock, as well as Azure and GCP environments.
• Security & Compliance: integrate advanced security protocols, including bot protection, CAPTCHA mechanisms, and defenses against prompt injection or system misuse.
• Global Collaboration: coordinate with experts in our India and Ireland hubs to centralize MLOps infrastructure and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Client Enablement: support client onboarding and automate alert filtering processes for high-security enterprise environments.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications

• Security Expertise: demonstrated experience in secure deployments and managing robust protocols against AI-specific threats.
• Cloud Proficiency: strong experience with private and public cloud environments, particularly Amazon Bedrock and Azure.
• Infrastructure: advanced knowledge of Nvidia and GPU management, benchmarking, and optimization.
• Certifications: Nvidia Certification is highly desirable to validate expertise in AI deployments.
• Linguistic Skills: fluency in Spanish and English is a strong asset for bilingual client engagements and localized system development.
