Salesforce Chile SpA is seeking a Portfolio Leader to drive a high-impact AI deployment program across enterprise environments. You will lead Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists, setting standards, unblocking deployments, and scaling production AI.
You will recruit, mentor, and develop top technical and strategic builders, manage capacity and staffing, and partner with Product and Engineering on pilot programs and roadmap feedback.
Formación
- 4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership steering cross-functional engineering teams.
- Advanced depth in AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem with hands-on experience in enterprise software deployment.
- Experience architecting or deploying Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform within large-scale environments.
Responsabilidades
- Lead capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing for cross-functional squads delivering Agentforce at enterprise scale.
- Direct product influence and partner with Product and Engineering on pilot programs and beta rollouts.
- Unblock complex data readiness, tool integration, and multi-agent orchestration across customer environments.
- Drive technical excellence, ensure production-ready deployments, and maintain delivery velocity.
