Job summary

Moncler in Zurich is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee all operational support activities at the Zurich Flagship, leading the team to maximize store performance and ensure a high-quality client experience.

You will manage stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and daily operational processes while supporting sales teams, ensuring compliance, and maintaining assets. Fluent in Swiss German and English; luxury retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Managerial experience in luxury or retail preferred.
• Degree or specialization in retail management or customer relations.
• Strong inventory management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver after-sales service by managing returns, exchanges and customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, while turning interactions into loyalty and additional sales.
• Define and monitor KPIs to optimize store results and ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee stock replenishment and inventory levels to minimize shortages and overstocking.
• Manage Back of House including shipments and stock control and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Organize and coordinate team efforts, clearly assigning responsibilities to achieve objectives.
