Job summary

Brunello Cucinelli is seeking a Store Manager for its Zürich boutique to lead the Client Advisors in delivering the brand philosophy and premium shopping experiences on the shop floor. You will guide the team to maximize sales, maintain brand standards, and coordinate with HQ to plan product assortments and CRM actions.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years in retail with 2+ years in management, strong business acumen, and fluent English and German.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Retail with at least 2 years in managerial roles (Luxury Retail preferred).
• Strong business acumen with solid understanding of market and customers.
• People management and development skills required; coaching and feedback focus.
• Excellent command of English and German is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Advisors to build brand and product awareness.
• Guide the team to provide a unique service and shopping experience aligned with brand values.
• Ensure compliance with Visual Guidelines and manage window/in-store displays.
• Collaborate with HQ Retail Buying to plan product assortment.
• Coordinate events and trunk shows to attract new customers and deepen loyalty.
• Monitor sales performance, report trends and opportunities to management.
