Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the store team to achieve objectives and provide excellent service to customers.
• Share information and analysis with the team to communicate vision and challenges.
• Foster team spirit and conduct performance reviews when necessary.
• Recruit, onboard, and train staff in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Oversee purchasing four times a year based on sales analysis and clientele knowledge.
• Monitor stock management and optimize stock levels with the Operations Department.
• Organize customer events with the Communications Department and develop clienteling actions.
• Contribute to Swiss and Polish retail community meetings and report activities.
