Senovo Capital Management GmbH seeks a highly organized Operations Manager to support founders and finance leadership across finance, operations, people, and admin topics in Zürich at Archlet HQ. Flexible hours; in‑office 2–3 days per week.

You will structure priorities, coordinate across teams, own AP across three entities, assist budgeting and audits, and help automate processes with a focus on internal controls and data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• First experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, scale-up, or consulting.
• Diligent, structured, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
• Confident working with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, OpenAI).
• Proactive and reliable, ready to take ownership.
• Comfortable shifting priorities and ambiguity.
• Clear, professional communicator in English and German, written and spoken.
• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.
• Analytical mindset with interest in process optimization and automation.
• Curious about how SaaS companies work and scale.

Aufgaben

• Help structure priorities, prepare materials, and keep follow ups and next steps on track
• Support internal communication, leadership updates, and investor coordination
• Own the accounts payable process across 3 entities and drive automation
• Support internal controlling, including variance analysis and data integrity
• Support accounts receivable, including customer onboarding and pre-invoice tasks
• Help run the annual budget cycle and keep teams aligned
• Support the year-end financial audit with external auditors
• Plan and organize team weeks, offsites, and internal events
• Support recruiting by coordinating job postings and interviews
• Support people operations and internal process improvements
• Keep the office running day to day
