Archlet seeks a highly organized Operations Manager to support founders and finance leadership across finance, operations, people, and admin topics. Based in Zürich with 2–3 days in the office, you will coordinate across teams, drive structure, and own critical processes.

You will manage accounts payable across Switzerland, Spain, and the United States, assist budgeting and audits, and help optimize internal controls and automation. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fast-paced startup/scale-up or consulting environments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and planning.
• Hands-on with AI tools and process automation.
• Clear communication in English and German; discreet handling of sensitive data.

• Plan team weeks, offsites, and internal events.
• Support recruiting and calendars, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Assist people ops and office operations to keep daily flow smooth.
