Brandsoul, a Zurich-based premium boutique agency, seeks a Finance & Admin Officer (m/w/d) 80-100% to modernise the finance and admin backbone. You will take over day to day bookkeeping, VAT, payments, and admin tasks, using AI tools to automate processes and provide reliable financial visibility.

This role is entrepreneurial, not a traditional accounting post. You will collaborate with senior leadership, own the end-to-end financial operations, and drive efficiency across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Finance/administration background with hands-on experience.
• Experience in agency/SME or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with AI tools to automate processes.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Structured, reliable and entrepreneurial mindset.

Aufgaben

• Take over day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, VAT and payments.
• Manage year end closing in coordination with the fiduciary and auditor.
• Handle staff and admin related topics.
• Analyse, automate and optimise finance and admin processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Bring practical AI tools into daily finance and admin work.
• Provide leadership with clear, reliable financial visibility.

You take over and modernise the finance and admin backbone of a fast-moving agency. Beyond keeping the books, you bring a fresh, digital lens to how finance and admin work get done, actively using AI to simplify, automate and speed up processes. This is not a traditional accounting role: it's an opportunity to rebuild how finance runs in an entrepreneurial environment.

• Strong foundation in business and finance, ideally from a leading Swiss business school (HSG, University of Zurich or similar)
• First relevant experience in finance, controlling or admin, ideally in an agency, SME or fast-paced environment
• Genuine curiosity and hands-on comfort with AI tools, and a clear view on how to apply them practically in a small business
• Not a traditional accountant profile: digital, entrepreneurial and solution oriented
• Structured and reliable, but energised by improving and simplifying rather than just maintaining
• Fluent in German and English
