Our client, a confidential architecture firm in the Sursee LU area, is seeking a Finance & HR professional to contribute actively to success with expertise, initiative, and responsibility.

You will manage accounts payable/receivable, assist in monthly reporting and year-end closing, and oversee personnel administration from entry to exit, including payroll support and time-tracking oversight.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial training with further education in finance, HR, or fiduciary (with federal diploma).
• Work experience in the field.
• Very good German spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Aufgaben

• Work in accounts payable and receivable, including dunning.
• Conduct various financial accounting.
• Assist in monthly reporting and year-end closing.
• Handle the entire personnel administration from entry to exit.
• Support in the payroll process and monitoring of time tracking.
• Process illness, accident, and EO registrations and coordinate with authorities and insurance.
