Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve sales objectives and KPI targets.
• Guide the team to deliver commercial targets and maintain quality standards.
• Engage customers, present products, upsell and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Build personalized customer experiences and manage clienteling activities.
• Coordinate store operations, training follow-ups, and brand execution.
• Ensure visual display and store standards align with brand image.
• Support recruiting and onboarding to meet company standards.
