Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve sales objectives using strategies and omni-channel tools.
• Guide the team to meet commercial targets and uphold qualitative standards.
• Participate in sales process, provide product details, upsell and cross-sell.
• Enhance customer satisfaction; build personalized experiences; register clients in Golden App.
• Coordinate clienteling activities with CRM department.
• Act as brand ambassador, share heritage and product insights.
• Contribute to store presentation and visual standards to boost sales.
• Provide post-training follow-up on brand, products, operations, and soft skills.
• Ensure staff are groomed, welcoming, and prepared on product and brand identity.
• Assist in staffing decisions and recruiting in line with company standards.
• Supervise store activities to achieve objectives and adhere to SOP.
• Ensure GDPR compliance, governance and health & safety rules.
• Manage stock and backroom including goods receiving and stock takes.
• Adopt IT tools (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) and train staff.
