Akkodis, part of The Adecco Group, is seeking an Operations Manager to support one of our clients in Zurich, Switzerland. The role focuses on facilities management, space planning, and coordinating office relocations and related projects.

Key activities include liaising with landlords and vendors, maintaining seating layouts, and ensuring smooth workspace reallocations while scaling with business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of Facilities Management experience.
• Experience supporting office relocations, workplace expansions, or building projects.
• Strong understanding of workplace planning and space management.
• Experience managing external vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary liaison with landlords, facility service providers, and contractors.
• Monitor office capacity, utilization, and workplace standards.
• Maintain accurate seating plans and workplace layouts.
• Monitor office occupancy and seating demand.
• Coordinate desk moves, team relocations, and workspace reallocations.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers and Operations to ensure seating plans reflect changing business needs.
• Develop processes for managing frequent workspace changes while maintaining data accuracy.
• Support office expansion initiatives, renovations, and workspace reconfigurations.
• Coordinate project timelines, contractor activities, furniture installations, and workplace readiness.
• Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing business operations during building changes.
• Participate in space planning activities and future growth forecasting.
• Provide recommendations for office optimization and efficient use of space.
