Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in managing site facilities independently.
• 3 years of client-side management experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Act as primary contact for Workplace Strategy & Site Operations across designated sites.
• Execute the Global Site Operations vision and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders.
• Lead and coordinate site vendors including facilities management, food service, wellness, and events teams.
• Manage occupancy strategies and space utilization; collaborate with Employee Experience and IT teams.
• Partner with Global Safety and Security for incident management, safety, and business continuity.
