Operations Manager - Workplace & Facilities Projects

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead workplace and facilities-related initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will take ownership of office-related projects, including workplace improvements, office relocation activities, vendor coordination and facilities operations. This role requires a practical, delivery-focused professional who can independently drive projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth execution from planning through implementation.

This is not a strategic leadership position. We are looking for someone who enjoys being operationally involved and taking responsibility for getting things done.

• Contract Duration: Initial 4-month contract with possible extension
• Working Model: Hybrid (approximately 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate office relocation and workplace-related projects from planning through execution.
