UEFA Events SA/ Ticketing in Nyon is seeking a Ticket Sales Account Coordinator to oversee ticket sales coordination for UEFA EURO 2028, club finals and the Nations League finals. The role requires strong administrative, communication and coordination skills.

You will liaise with sponsors, broadcasters, UEFA member associations and clubs, manage post-sales processes, invoicing and testing of online sales systems, and support multiple events with high workload.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in ticketing for sport events.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sports management or a related field.
• Proficient in English.

Aufgaben

• Discuss and agree on ticket sales and post-sales processes with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Identify and communicate post-sales requirements to relevant teams for different client groups.
• Provide support to internal stakeholders and client groups on ticketing matters throughout the season.
• Handle back-office operations such as invoicing and payment processing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by end users.
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor post-sales deliverables, seating and ticket distribution.
• Draft communications and presentations related to ticket sales.
• Create and execute use cases for testing online ticket sales and post-sales processes.
