Main goal

The Ticket Sales Account Coordinator is responsible for coordinating ticket sales for various client groups (including sponsors, broadcasters, UEFA member associations and clubs) for UEFA EURO 2028, UEFA club competition finals and the UEFA Nations League finals. The role requires strong administrative, communication and coordination skills.

Key responsibilities

• Discussing and agreeing on ticket sales and post-sales processes with internal stakeholders and clients
• Identifying and communicating post‑sales requirements to the relevant teams for the different client groups
• Providing support to internal stakeholders and client groups on ticketing matters throughout the season
• Handling back-office operations such as invoicing and payment processing
• Troubleshooting technical issues encountered by end users
• Coordinating with internal teams to monitor post-sales deliverables, namely seating and ticket distribution
• Drafting communications and presentations related to ticket sales
• Creating and executing use cases for the purpose of testing online ticket sales and post-sales processes
• Performing any ad hoc tasks within ticketing as required

Requirements

• Experience: 3 or more years of experience in ticketing for sport events
• Education: Bachelor's in business administration, sports management or another relevant area
• Languages: Proficient in English
