Zusammenfassung

The Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d) will support UEFA's Customer Service Team, focusing on live event ticketing and pre/post-sale customer journeys for UEFA EURO 2028 and other finals.

Based in Nyon, with the option to work from home one day per week, you will coordinate first-level providers, draft content, and collaborate with stakeholders across accessibility, safety, finance and legal to deliver a seamless fan experience.

Qualifikationen

• 1 to 3 years in a customer service environment.
• 1 to 3 years experience in working for sports and/or ticketing related projects is a plus.
• Bachelor's in communication, translation or similar.
• English Native speaker (must-have)

Aufgaben

• Providing second-level customer service support for UEFA EURO 2028, the 2027 and 2028 UEFA club competition finals, and other events organised by UEFA (pre-sale and post-sale)
• Helping to coordinate and supervise the first-level customer service provider (organising training, preparing presentations, quality management)
• Helping to draft and publish content for UEFA events (website and ticket portal content, FAQs, communication support documents, email campaigns, etc.)
• Contributing to various customer journey sub-projects, including ticket portals, mobile tickets, and payment-related topics
• Liaising with several stakeholders linked to the customer experience, such as AccessibAll and UEFA's spectator services, safety and security, finance, and legal teams

Main goal

The Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d) reports to the Customer Service Team Leader and supports the team on supervising the 1st level customer service provider and on helping the Ticketing team to improve the customer journey: pre-sale and post-sale for UEFA EURO 2028, the 2027 and 2028 club competition finals and any other event organized by UEFA.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Experience

Other requirements

• Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
• Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus
• Attention to detail and structured working method
