Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of experience in project planning, project management or staff logistics for large-scale events
• 4–6 years of experience on-site at an international sports event, using event databases and/or change management tools
• Master's degree in sports or event management
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus

Main goal

The Central Services EURO Team Leader is responsible for assessing, planning and coordinating support service logisticsfor staff and suppliers working on the UEFA EURO 2028 tournament.

A key focus of the role is to lead needs assessments and oversee the planning and allocation of accommodation. The roleis also responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for international staff in collaboration with UEFA's in-house travelagency, ensuring all services are planned and booked ahead of the tournament.During the tournament, the EURO Central Services Team Leader will oversee the change management process,coordinating late requests and managing amendments to pre-booked services to ensure efficient service delivery andoperational continuity.

Reporting to the Central Services Senior Manager, the role involves close collaboration with a broad range of internalstakeholders and external suppliers. The successful candidate will contribute to a dynamic team environment whileensuring the effective delivery of essential support services across the tournament.

Requirements

Experience:

• from 4 to 6 years experience in project planning, project management or staff logistics for large-scale events
• from 4 to 6 years experience working on-site at an international sports event, using event databases and/or working with change management tools

Education

• Master's degree in sports or event management

Languages

• Fluent in English, any other language a plus
